Power Star definately needed a parody what with all them loser cryin over it n shit.
I can't believe how funny this was. I mean- I'm not sayin it was insanely funny, but by Newgrounds standards- ESPECIALLY by cartoons-about-super-mario standards, this was genuinely great.
Best part was the fight scene where there weren't really any jokes, but just totally innapropriate music. I'm glad I watched Power Star 4 just so I could get the jokes in this.

someone should make a really short one where it's got exactly the same massive intro, but the actual movie's done with Super Mario Bros 1 sprites and there's no camera movements, dialogue, or tweens. Mario just jumps on Luigi and its DRAMATIC AS FUCK.

I made this in about a week. I saw Power Star 4 on the Sun-Studios forums before it was released on Newgrounds, and I've been working on it since then.
