It's very shiny.

The new features are all definitely improvements, though I think the layout is a bit odd in that everything now looks like the old Newgrounds Art Portal. It feels like the site is almost too reliant on images, and that makes browsing for interesting-looking movies and games on the Front Page and in different sections of the site less convenient. But that's not really a big enough problem to go into further detail about. This setup might be better and I just don't realize it yet.

Looking forward to using this setup, seeing what it has to offer, and seeing what it'll offer in the future.

I'd also like to say that I absolutely love how the different sections of the site are color-coded now. That is GREATNESS.

The classic portal is defiantly a lot better than the art portal-like design.

Yesterday I was quite disgusted when I seen how confussed was to navigate, today I kinda like it, actually, I want to explore more than just the Flash Portal.

I concur. (See that I'm indie by saying concur?)
That was just what I was trying to convey in my post, about the images. I just feel like it's trying to be wayyy more opening to newcomers by overwhelming them with futuristic style and emboss and glow. I also don't like the social network integration on the news posts.

I don't know, the site was pretty glossy and futuristic years ago, before the last redesign, and then it got more of a bulky setup. Now I feel as if it's somewhere in-between, and it's a good-feeling balance, I think.

I must be crazy, but I accepted this new design almost immediately. I think some of the Newgrounds administrators assume everyone complains as soon as they see change just because it's different, but this design is different, and I see it as an overall superior design with some slight flaws.
