Grand!
You've somehow managed to make this one as enjoyable as the first, maybe even more. Well done.
I could see this becoming a Nintendo Wii console game.

It's a well-done game for its time...
...but I don't exactly like its story, the ending, or any of the bosses. Graphics are okay, and I imagine it was very difficult getting the ActionScript just right, but still, there's plenty of room for improvement.
Here are the only two glitches I found-
1. Where the bully with the pink hair and gun is, if you say "Run home to Mommy", go back, and then return to the hallway with the bully that was there before, use the gun and he suddenly reappears.
2. In the part with the gate, use the extinguisher and you get stuck in the gate.
I bet when Pico 2 comes out, it will be possibly the best Flash game ever made! Considering this was Flash (4 or 5?), it was amazing, and I bet Pico 2 will stand out as much as this game did when it was made.
Wow, that was great...
...although the final boss was absurd. It reminded me of the Master Hand in Super Smash Bros Melee, except in this one, every single move gets thrown out in the EXACT the same pattern repeatedly, and there's only one split-second chance to hit him. All of the movements are inconviniently placed just for our annoyance.
But the rest was fantastic. I enjoyed almost all of it up to the point where it got to the '5, 4, 3, 2, 1' stages. Those didn't seem to take that much effort. It appears you planned out level 90 very carefully and strategically, but those last five levels lacked difficulty and made me bored.
Can't wait to see the fifth installment! I'm sure it will be great.
Almost exactly like Orbox...
...meaning if it was a great game, this is, too!
I liked the ball movement and the level layouts... Although some of them were WAY too hard. Level 12 took me, like, 20 minutes to figure out, and I got to the ending on accident. The music and sounds also got on my nerves. The music looped evrey 3 seconds with a slight gap, and the sounds repeated over and over got REALLY annoying. Other than the difficulty level and the sound, it was amazing!
But here are a couple of glitches:
1. People have been asking about the Level 17 glitch. I haven't found it myself, but I figure it's there. If it's not, I was never aware of the fix.
2. When your ball is tucked away in a corner, like if a wall is above and to the right side of the ball, press against both of the walls at the same time and there's some wierd animation glitch. I'm not sure how you'd fix this or if you can, but if you're able to, I'll be happy.
Now if only there was a way to record it...
Great work, that's my only suggestion!
Only one glitch that I found...
Well, during that first cutscene where that bully-ish kid was punching someone, I blew up near a gasoline tank, and was unable to control my character even after the cutscene was over...
Oh well. Great job, Tom Fulp and Synj! You've done it again!
I bet this will also turn into a console game...
